SOMEONE PLZ HELP

So I've been having SAI for awhile now and while watching a speedart video I noticed that their layout bar(The color wheel, brushes, ect) was zoomed out I guess you can say. Like they had all the tools without it cutting off. In my SAI I only have the color wheel and brushes.
That's all I can fit.

But I look at some of these videos and they have the color wheel, brushes, brush sizes, swatches, and scratchpad. How come theirs can fit so much, but my just cuts off whenever I try to put more?

Is it because my computer screen is just too small...or...?
It's driving me crazy!!
